What does it truly mean to be a Follower of Jesus ?

  • Jesus is God with us and he makes it clear that the way to be present with Him is by abiding in Him. An integral part of walking with Christ is about simply existing in His presence and BEING.

    John 15:1–7

  • Jesus says that if anyone believed in Him, he would have everlasting life. Faith is what gives us the ability to follow Jesus. It is not only for salvation but it is also the doorway to a life of lived obedience.

    John 6:35

  • Jesus is not only the image of the invisible God but also the firstfruit of all of the children of God. The will of God is for us is that we not just exist in Jesus but grow each day to look more and more like Him.

    2 Corinthians 3:18

The best way to get connected at Identity is to follow our connection pathway which takes you from getting to know the basics about the church (GTK), attending our Believers class which explains what we believe and then getting plugged into a small group, which we call Circles

Life with Identity describes our mold for church family membership

  • Pursuing Jesus through your words & actions by living in a way that aligns with Scripture

  • Attending the worship gathering is an integral part of membership to corporately join in song, communion, and the preaching of the Word.

  • Living in community includes pursuing relationships with other believers, both outside the church and inside the church.

  • As we seek to live all of life in Christ, we look for ways to align ourselves with the city in efforts to serve the community, specifically Midtown Daytona.

  • The Church thrives and can progress and operate based on the benevolent giving and tithes of the body.
